How we got started

For her Master of Education Courtney Tchida. Student Program Coordinator for the Minnesota Institute for Sustainable Agriculture took on the challenge of creating a curriculum for the first Student Organic Farm Planning Class that started in the spring of 2005. Here is the final product of that work. This should be used as a resource of other students trying to start student farms on other campuses.

Note: because of the size of the document it is broken down into a pdf for each chapter.
